Shipping
All items are beautifully gift-wrapped/gift-boxed and bubblewrapped prior to sending, then wrapped in plain wrapping for the journey to you. All prices include worldwide shipping - no extra to pay!
Within NEW ZEALAND shipping is via courier for all jewellery and accessories and via NZ Post (tracked) for all handbags.
All INTERNATIONAL orders are sent via International Airmail.
Tracked/signature option is available but there will be a cost incurred by the client for this (usually around NZ$40, but please contact me for a quote prior to ordering if you would like this option).

Payment
NEW ZEALAND CLIENTS: You have the choice of paying via bank deposit, credit card, cheque or Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Payment only by credit card or Paypal, via a secure server (no credit card information is retained by me).

Additional Details
I aim to have all orders shipped between 24-48 hours after the order is placed (if your order is placed on a weekend, it will go out on the Monday). You are welcome to check the "Order Tracking" page to keep an eye on whether your order has been sent - I usually email you direct to let you know the order is on it's way, in any case.
