Shipping

All items are beautifully gift-wrapped/gift-boxed and bubblewrapped prior to sending, then wrapped in plain wrapping for the journey to you. Shipping is automatically calculated as you go through the checkout according to the rates below:

NEW ZEALAND:

Via Courierpost, orders up to 10 items will ship for NZ$6.00 in total. Each additional item ships for .50c per item. Courierpost offer a track and trace service and deliver the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Via NZ Post, orders up to 10 items will ship for NZ$4.00 (tracked) in total. Each additional item ships for .50c per item. Please note that NZ Post do not offer compensation for lost items of jewellery sent through their service, so you choose this option at your own risk. While I have only ever had one item go missing whilst sending through NZ Post, it is worth pointing out so that you are aware. Delivery can vary from 2-7 days.

AUSTRALIA:

Sent via International Airmail. Orders up to 10 items will ship for NZ$7.50 in total. Each additional item ships for NZ$1.00 per item. Delivery is estimated at being between 5-10 days, but usually takes a week, based on past experiences.

UK AND USA:

Sent via International Airmail. Orders up to 10 items will ship for NZ$8.00 in total. Each additional item ships for NZ$1.00 per item. Delivery is estimated at being between 10-14 days but in my experience it usually takes about a week. During December it can take longer (like most things!).

REST OF THE WORLD:

Sent via International Airmail. Orders up to 10 items will ship for NZ$10.00 total. Each additional item ships for NZ$1.00 per item. Delivery varies depending on destination, but most countries it takes 10-14 days. Please email me if you'd like specifics and I will research this for you.

Payment

NEW ZEALAND CLIENTS:

You have the choice of paying via bank deposit, credit card, cheque or Paypal.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS:

Payment only by credit card or Paypal, via a secure server (no c/card information is retained by me).

Additional Details

I aim to have all orders shipped between 24-48 hours after the order is placed (if your order is placed on a weekend, it will go out on the Monday). You are welcome to check the "Order Tracking" page to keep an eye on whether your order has been sent - I usually email you direct to let you know the order is on it's way, in any case.
