Alterations
We're not all the same, are we? Just as well too - I embrace this concept and so should you! It means that if you prefer stud earrings over hook earrings(for instance), I will happily swap them for you at no extra charge. Do you have a larger or smaller "than average" (whatever this means??) wrist or neck size? Don't worry, I can help you with well-fitted jewellery, tailored especially to your requirements. Most bracelet/necklace lengths can easily be altered to fit you perfectly - no charge!
Most items can be recreated in either gold or silver(as you prefer).
Earring fittings are also able to be swapped at no extra cost. Your options here are: studs, clip-ons, open hooks, self-closing hooks.
Clasps can be swapped for no extra charge (toggles changed for lobster clasps, hook and eye clasps etc), like for like (ie: sterling silver for sterling silver, base metal for base metal etc).
Returns
I am happy to accept any item returned to me on the basis that it was faulty when you received it (ie: workmanship). Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange this. You are liable for any postage costs in returning the item to me, but I will gladly examine and repair the item for you free of charge and return it by post to you at my cost.
I am happy to also make any "running repairs" (if necessary) for the lifetime of my jewellery - I stand behind everything I make! Sometimes these repairs may incur a small fee to cover materials, but I will let you know in advance if this is the case, as it's applied on a case by case basis.
