A fascinating mix of old and new vibes, is the only way I can describe this necklace. This gorgeous paper image was coated with resin on BOTH sides so that it is rigid, the "hangers" (made from non-tarnish antique bronze artistic wire) fixed within the resin so they are firm and part of the whole piece. The resin has made the image slightly transparent, which is impossible to show in the photos, but believe me when I tell you that it makes a difference - it really adds something :-)
The "CHERISH" plate is also in an antique bronze finish, and I have added a lovely Eiffel Tower charm, some red Swarovski crystals and a wire-wrapped golden Cubic Zirconia teardrop, for more interest and movement. The chain is very delicate and closes with a lobster clasp (and has a slight extension on it so you can adjust it for the perfect fit).

This necklace is my first resin foray into the world of necklaces and pendants and I really love the look! However, it's not perfect - there are 4 tiny bubbles showing on the right hand side of the pendant, near that side's hanger (as you look at the photos) and being the perfectionist that I am, I am marking the price down to reflect that :-)
