These gorgeous Japanese Tensha beads make such beautiful earrings! 

Decoupaged by hand, they are super-light and so gorgeous.  I have kept it simple by adding Gold Vermeil findings and earhooks, and tiny 4mm Olivine Swarovski crystals to bring out the green in the design, and highlight the roses.
