This beautiful pendant features a handmade ceramic (clay) cabachon from Australian clay artist Natalie Fletcher-Jones from Peruzi. I'm in love with Natalie's claywork - so detailed and utterly gorgeous!
This round cab is a gorgeous watery blue colour (almost turquoise but not quite) and has hints of cream, pink, brown and green. I surrounded it with Swarovski pearls and crystals in pink, watery blue/green, cream and deep brown with light gold. Then I rope-stitched the outside with matching blue glass seed beads. All beads were painstakingly handsewn to a backing fabric and then the back was covered with matching pink felt for comfort and durability.
The bail is antique bronze and the double layer of chiffon pink ribbon and blue faux-suede will be finished off to your desired length.
Pendant (including all embellishments) measures a width of 5cm (2in) and a height of 6.5cm (2 1/2in - to bottom of the sparkling 6mm Swarovski accent crystal).
