This gorgeous pendant was created using a handmade glass cabachon by Australian lampwork artist Anne Dundas. The colours of pink, peach, rosaline and fuschia combine into this swirling maelstrom of colour that is just breathtaking!
I have embellished this cabachon (bead without a hole) by hand-sewing hundreds of tiny glass seed beads around it (in tones of pearly white, peach, baby pink and fuschia) to enhance the cabachon and bring it to life.
From the bottom dangles a single faceted pink glass teardrop.
The back has been covered with black leather to make it soft against your skin.
The pendant hangs from a simple thread of pearly white seed beads, with a silver plated lobster clasp closure. The pendant bail is sterling silver plated.
Pendant size: 4.5cm diameter (plus 12mm dangle drop) - (that's 1 3/4" diameter).
Necklace length: 45cm (17 1/2in).
