This gorgeous bracelet has a number of very special features.
The first is the charm - a 2cm (3/4inch) square glass charm that I handmade from scratch by enclosing 2 vintage pictures of pretty handbags (colours: pink, white, black) inside 2 small squares of glass, then soldering them using lead-free solder and attaching a ring for hanging. TOTALLY UNIQUE!
I have added a cream freshwater pearl (topped with tiny 4mm pink Swarovski crystal) and a teardrop shaped black faceted Czech crystal to the charm for abit more interest and movement.
The bracelet itself consists of beautiful (I have never seen any like this before - they were purchased from a jewellery designer in Australia as "excess stock" from her own personal stash) palest peachy pink brocade glass beads - they have gorgeous engraved patterns in them and one side has been given the "shimmery" AB treatment. I have also used a lovely oval shaped linked chain. The clasp is a toggle clasp which is Tibetan silver and is decoratively engraved - very pretty!
All in all, this bracelet is just so cute! If you're a handbag queen (like me!) this is a "must have"!
