This neckpiece really makes a statement!  Inspired by the fabulous designs of Eni Oken, this necklace took countless hours of work to design and create, using metres and metres (I actually lost count at how many were used!) of hair-thin non-tarnish silver artistic wire, which was coiled around a base of gorgeous Chrysocolla  and Malachite beads.  The central Chrsyocolla disc measures 2.5cm/1 inch in diameter and I have also used both smooth rondelles and flat squares of Chrysocolla, featuring gorgeous blue/green pigmentation, as well as lovely smooth round Malachite beads along with decorative silver beads.  The dangle hanging from the bottom swirl is a pale green Swarovski crystal atop a sparkling faceted Czech crystal (clear).  The wirework that the neckpiece is strung on was hand-turned and is assymetrical in shape.  Swirls aplenty!

The chain is sterling silver plated cable chain and there is a parrot/lobster clasp and extension chain with a further smooth Malachite oval suspended from it.  The extension chain allows you to vary the neckpiece according to the neckline you're wearing, so it makes it very versatile.

All in all, a truly stunning piece, one I am immensely proud of.  I hope the new owner will treasure it as much as I do :)

• Length of neckpiece, including swirls at both ends: 19cm/7 1/2 inches
• Width of neckpiece at centre (Chrysocolla disc and wire swirl plus crystal dangle): 6cm/2 1/4inches
• Total length of necklace: 48.5cm/18 1/2inches, although it wears slightly shorter due to the curved neckpiece.
• Extension chain of a further 3cm/1 1/4inches.
