A gorgeous necklace made with Unakite, Cherry Quartz, Olive Jade and both Sterling Silver and Bali Silver.
The feature is a gorgeous teardrop shaped smooth piece of Unakite (deep green and coral coloured) which I've overlaid with a beautiful Sterling Silver Charles Rennie Mackintosh rose pendant.
Charles Rennie Mackintosh is my favourite Scottish designer - to read more about him and his work, click here. He designed furniture and buildings (among other things) which have stood the test of time. Many items of jewellery have been created using his "Mackintosh Rose" as a design element. Ask any Scot who he is and they will surely be able to tell you, such is his fame. If you ever visit Glasgow, be sure to go to the Willow Tearooms - designed by Mackintosh, they are beautifully maintained in Sauchiehall Street and operate as a cafe.
I have also used Unakite rounds, faceted Olive Jade rondelles and 8mm Cherry Quartz smooth rounds, with Bali Silver (98% pure silver) diamond shaped and barrel shaped beads. The toggle is also highly decorative and slightly different as this necklace fastens in the front.
The pendant drop falls 5.5cm/2 1/4in from the toggle clasp and the whole necklace measures 47cm/18 1/2in long (but can easily be adjusted for the perfect fit, free of charge - just let me know in the "comments" box at checkout what length you need it to be).
ONE OF A KIND, will be beautifully gift-boxed prior to sending.
