A beautiful, handmade, one of a kind glass cabachon (bead with no hole) made by one of my favourite Australian glass artists :)
It has a gorgeous opaque glass base with swirls of blue, green, lilac, pink and yellow glass throughout. I have hand wire-wrapped it using the wonderful technique by Brazilian jewellery artiste Eni Oken, using non-tarnish silver artistic wire and many hours of work :)
The bail is basketweave and the whole effect is just gorgeous! These pendants have an antique look about them that I just love - they look very olde-worldy as well as totally funky at the same time - I love it!
Length of pendant, including bail, is 3cm/1 1/3in. The bail has an opening of 8mm x 5mm so should be large enough to carry most chain sizes.
