This beautiful necklace features an amazing handmade polymer clay bead by Australian artist Myriad Beads - hard to believe, but it's actually hollow! Not to mention double-sided (with both sides being different) - incredibly stunning!
I didn't want to overwhelm it with detail, so instead I created a fringe necklace with Swarovski and Czech crystals and pearls in a variety of complementing colours (peach, shades of purple, pink and blue) and embellished a frame from Delica seed beads for a Swarovski crystal rivolli, which I attached to the bottom of the bead. Hand dyed silk ribbon creates the perfect way to alter the necklace's length for the perfect size, no matter what the neckline.
Completely handsewn.
