Do you need a deposit when I make a custom order? TOP
Not usually.  I take it on a case-by-case basis, as a rule.  Sometimes, if your order is for precious metal or a particularly expensive element (ie: expensive gemstone etc), I may ask for a deposit after I've given you a quote and you've agreed to it.  I will always warn you of this though.  If you are not happy with the result of your order (and I can't change it to suit you - very rare), I will happily refund your deposit without delay.  In all areas, I will keep you fully informed.

What payment options do you have? TOP

If you live in NZ, you can pay either by bank deposit, cheque or credit card (via Paypal).  If you live elsewhere, you can pay via credit card (via Paypal) or from your Paypal account only.

How does Paypal work? TOP

If you want to pay via credit card, your payment will go via Paypal, which is an international banking/processing company, associated with eBay.  I do not see your credit card details and the Paypal server is a secure server.  You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, and the payment process is very quick and easy.

Will you gift-wrap an item for me if I am buying a gift for someone else? TOP

There's no need for special instructions if you're buying a gift - EVERY item I send out is gift-wrapped/gift-boxed and ready for giving.  If you'd like me to add a special message and send the item directly to the giftee, then just leave me a short message in the "Special Requests" box at the checkout, or email me directly after purchase with your instructions : )

What currency does your website use? TOP

All prices are listed in NZ$.  If you want to check your currency against the NZ$, I would recommend using www.xe.com.  If you're planning on visiting regularly, I would save this into your Favourites.  Exchange rates change daily so it's best to check with www.xe.com prior to purchase, just to be sure.  There's a handy currency converter on the left hand side of each page as well : )

Can I buy a Gift Certificate to give to someone else? TOP

You sure can!  See the "Gift Certificates" category and just choose your amount, personalise it with your "to" and "from" details, and add it to your cart.  Then you just need to let me know if you want me to post the Gift Certificate to your recipient or email it to them.  Full instructions on how to use it accompany the Gift Certificate when I send it out.

Do you REALLY make one-off designs? TOP

Yes I REALLY do : )  Since I started designing and making jewellery in 2004/2005, I have never repeated an item.  Some are a wee bit similar, but still have plenty of differences to define them.  The same goes for my handbags and accessories.  I find it boring to repeat myself, I prefer to keep exploring the ideas I have, which takes me into different design areas frequently.   This is why I encourage clients to buy if they see something they like!

What if I want matching earrings for a necklace I've seen on your site? TOP

Where are you situated? Can I come and view your designs? TOP

I'm based in Opotiki, Eastern Bay of Plenty, New Zealand (on State Highway 2, between Whakatane and Gisborne).  If you'd like to come round to my studio to take an up-close, touchy-feely look at my designs, just email me and we'll arrange a time.  Please excuse the mess though...mine is a "working studio" : )
