Reserved Items Policy
Due to recent events, this is my revamped Reserved Items Policy. I'm afraid it's a case of a few spoiling it for the rest of you and for that I do apologise.
I am able to place one item at a time on hold for you for up to a maximum of 4 weeks, but a deposit of 50% must be payable at the time of reserving the item.
Once the deposit is received, then the item will be reserved.
Sale items will be reserved at their regular (non-sale) price.
No Facebook 15% discount will be applied to reserved items.
Payments must be made weekly for the following 4 weeks until balance is paid.
If the item is NOT paid for in full by the end of the 4 weeks, I reserve the right to charge NZ$25 per week administration fee on the remaining balance until the item is paid for in full and the Reserved Items service will not be availble to you in the future. The administration fee is to cover the time it takes me to chase up unpaid payments.
